The Round Robin

It was a usual Wednesday when my friend, Alyssa, invited me for lunch. I told her that I have to go back in UP for a certain time for my afternoon classes. She and Aldrin picked me at Engineering steps and rushed towards UP Teacher's Village. Being undecided where to eat, we just drove along the Maginhawa Street. Wanting to eat somewhere else that none of us been before, we went straight to Sikatuna Village. But because I keep reminding them about the time, we ended up at The Round Robin, which is just few blocks from the arch of Sikatuna Village.

Since we were in a hurry, I wasn't able to take more photos of the place. (Don't worry, we will be back here for sure) Anyhow, here's their humble interior.

Going straight to their menu, (Yes, I feel like I have to rush this post too since I was rushing when I was here. Lol.)

Smoked Salmon Carbonara (Php 165.00)

As far as I can remember, this pasta tastes good
until I had experienced the next menu. :P

Sticky Pork Ribs (Php 210.00)

All I can say is, THIS.IS.A.MUST.TRY.

BBQ Chicken Quarter (Php 145.00)

Because I am fond of Chicken, especially Chicken Barbecue,
this became my default order.
This is way more decent than Artsy's Chicken Barbecue.

My favorite part, DESSERTS!!!!

Salted Caramel (Php 105.00)

Key Lime Pie (Php 105.00)

Supermoist Chocolate (Php 110.00)

My verdict and ranking for the three cakes are:

1.) Supermoist Chocolate

Yes, it was not an ordinary chocolate cake.
My favorite part is the sticky chocolate layer!

2.) Salted Caramel

I don't actually remember the taste of this cake
but I know that this compliments with Supermoist Chocolate

3.) Key Lime Pie

I am a fan of cheesecake, but the thing that made me put
this at the last place is that the taste of lime is too strong
that I no longer enjoy the cheesecake. :/

Here are more of their yummy-looking cakes! Since we arrived after lunch, most of the cakes are already sliced.

Despite the rush, I was able to take photos of their menu. Yay!

I would definitely go back here to taste all their cakes! :D
